As someone whose been judged and looked at as inhumane and whispered about for years since ive come out as trans and im angry why i couldnt have just been born a guy this would all be so much easier and im angry at my childhood my parents always shoved cameras in my face 'Smile for the picture' or 'Go sit by your brother and smile for facebook' just pisses me off. Everyone thinks my parents were soo great and fantastic but they arent. They used to scream at me so loud the neighbors could hear but noone did anything they used to hit me and berate me for not being 'normal' and then they wondered why i cut off contact with them after i left. This song really resonantes with me- (sorry about that tangent)
